Gonams offers professional services tailored to individual and organizational contexts. As such, refunds and cancellations are governed by the nature of the engagement.

Coaching & Advisory Services

• Once an engagement has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable.

• Session rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.

• Missed sessions without prior notice may be treated as completed.

Workshops & Consulting Engagements

• Cancellation or rescheduling terms for workshops or consulting assignments are outlined in the respective engagement agreement or proposal.

• Any refunds, if applicable, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Gonams.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method in accordance with the timelines of the payment gateway or banking institution.
